What is Josukeno’s return policy?
• We accept exchanges & returns within 30 days of receiving. Free gifts marked final sale are not eligible for return.

• We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of use.

• Due to the special compression process, compressed sofa series cannot be resold after being restored. We do not accept returns that are not in their original packaging. Exchanges:    

-  customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customers will need to pay $2 for the restocking fee incurred for exchanging items.

Returns and Refunds:    

- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. 

- Consumer can cancel your order if consumer initiate the cancellation request before the shipping date, and within the time frame specified on the website.

* In most cases, we can only process one return or exchange for each order. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the products you need to return.

You can simply email our customer care team support@josukenohome.com and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request. As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please reach out to our team to share your return tracking with us. 

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Once we see your goods are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange item(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the route; 

for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via an email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. 

Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

What if I closed my card/bank?
Currently, we can only issue a refund to the original payment method, meaning that we cannot issue a refund to a new account or card.

If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will process back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, please consult the bank first. You can reach out to us at support@josukenohome.com if you need further assistance.
