How to assemble our Couches?

Our compressed sofa does not require assembly. After opening the cardboard box and laminating, the sofa will return to its original state from the compressed state when exposed to air.

How long does it take for the sofa to recover?

It will take about 72 hours at most, and our sofa will fully recover. During this period, you can use it normally or tap the seat cushion and sponge to allow more air to enter, which will shorten the recovery time of the sofa.

How to maintain the fabric?

Our fabric may wrinkle after compression, which is a normal phenomenon. After a period of normal use, wrinkles will gradually disappear, and can also be ironed with a steam iron. Our fabric can be disassembled for cleaning, but reinstalling it after disassembly can be very difficult. We recommend using fabric cleaner or water for wiping.

Is there a weight limit on the Cushion?

Generally speaking, our meditation cushion are suitable for people of any weight.

How should I sit on my cushion?

We recommend sitting cross-legged when using our meditation cushions.
Regardless of your sitting position, try to make sure that your posture is straight and upright, yet relaxed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email or by logging in to your account on Josukenohome.com. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

What should I do if I did not receive my delivered package?

First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Why was my order cancelled?

It is possible that your order may be canceled when it was detected by the system as a high-risk order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method and reach out to our customer service. All charges will be refunded after verifying the details of your order.
